DTG gripper tube for wide-neck bottles
The DTG half-inflatable pneumatic gripper tube is designed for handling specially shaped glass bottles, such as short-necked or wide-spaced bottles. Made up of two compressed-air cylinders, it provides stable, reliable gripping in partial rows or complete layers, and is a worldwide favorite.
Product description
The DTG model is distinguished by its two adjustable sides, with an independent left and right side. This gripper tube adapts to the space between bottles on the pallet and allows them to be handled safely.
The system incorporates vulcanized rubber inflatable flanges, particularly resistant to wear. This gripper tube can be easily integrated into your existing equipment thanks to its 3 threaded studs.
It efficiently meets palletising and depalletising requirements and is designed to integrate perfectly with automatic palletisers.
